Early Florentine Gown
This gown was inspired by Ludovica Tournabuoni's gown as
seen in The
Birth of the Virgin by Domenico Ghirlandaio.  It
features a slightly raised waist, very deep v-neck, and
attached box-pleated skirt.  The bodice laces closed in the
front through hand-sewn lacing rings and the skirt is split to
reveal your undergown or kirtle (not included).   The sleeves
lace together on the underside of the arm and tie onto the
bodice at the shoulder.

This is a custom made gown, meaning we will sew it to fit you
within two to three weeks.  The gown is available in sage
(shown), burgundy, light blue, or tan.  Please
email us if you'd
like fabric samples, have a specific request, or need a rush
order.
